In short: the PageFlow application collects no data and sends no document to its publisher. Your photos, images, workshop pages, and PDFs are processed exclusively on your phone or tablet. Separately, the website form transmits through Forminit only the information you choose to enter when contacting support. The application also integrates a third-party advertising service, described below.
Publisher
The PageFlow website, available at https://www.geocarre.com/pageflow, and the PageFlow mobile application are published by the company registered in France under SIREN number 927 628 339.
The application is offered for compatible Android and iOS devices. Its features include converting images to PDF and photographing pages to create a PDF document directly.
Intellectual property
The website, the PageFlow application, their visual identity, text, interfaces, illustrations, and graphic elements are protected by French and international copyright and intellectual-property law.
Any total or partial reproduction or adaptation requires the publisher’s prior written permission, except for strictly personal uses permitted by law. Any authorized reproduction must clearly identify its source and must not harm the publisher or the relevant authors.
No data collected by PageFlow
Exclusively on-device processing
PageFlow collects no personal data, usage data, or data contained in your documents. Photos, images, workshop pages, and PDF files are read, organized, cropped, and converted exclusively on your phone or tablet.
You do not need to create an account. No document, image, or PDF is sent to the publisher or to a PageFlow server for processing. Closing or uninstalling the app does not transfer any data to PageFlow.
When you use the system share sheet, you choose the recipient application or service. If you configure FTP, FTPS, or FTPES delivery, files are sent to the server you entered. The PageFlow publisher is not the recipient of that transfer.
Device permissions
Camera and image access are used only on your device for the requested features: taking photos, importing files, and creating exports. These permissions do not result in any collection by PageFlow. You can manage them in your device settings.
Public website and support
The support form is operated using the third-party Forminit service. When you start using the form, the Forminit SDK is loaded from that provider’s domain. On submission, your name, email address, message, form origin, and page URL are transmitted to Forminit and made available to the PageFlow publisher in order to handle your request.
The form does not accept file uploads: do not copy any document or confidential content into it. Submitted information is kept for as long as necessary to follow up on the request, then deleted or archived in line with applicable obligations. Forminit processes form responses on behalf of its user under its privacy policy.
The domain hosting provider may retain technical logs, such as IP address, visit time, or user agent, to keep the service secure and operational.
Advertising and consent management
PageFlow itself collects no data. It does display ads to help fund the application and therefore integrates Google Mobile Ads and the Google UMP consent-management platform. Depending on your region, choices, and device configuration, this third-party service or its partners may process technical information and advertising identifiers to display, measure, or secure ads. This third-party processing is separate from the local processing of your documents, which the advertising service cannot access.

Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data processed as part of a support request. You may also object to processing or request data portability where those rights apply.
To exercise a right, use the support form and begin your message with “Personal data”. Proof of identity may be requested only when necessary to prevent disclosure to another person.
