Frequently asked questions
A few checks are often enough to restore normal operation without losing your current workshop.
The camera does not open
Make sure Camera permission is enabled for PageFlow in your device settings. Fully close the app and open it again. If no compatible camera is available, you can still import existing images.
I cannot find images to import
Allow PageFlow to access the photos or files you selected. Recent Android and iOS versions can limit access to specific images, so add the items you need to the permitted selection.
PDF creation fails
Check the free storage space on your device, then try a lower quality or stronger compression setting. A large number of very high-resolution images can require more memory and temporary storage.
Pages are in the wrong order
In the workshop, hold a page and move it to the desired position before export. You can also remove and retake one page without restarting the whole session.
FTP delivery does not work
Check the server address, port, username, password, remote directory, and selected protocol. Also check your network connection and make sure the server accepts the corresponding FTP, FTPS, or FTPES connection.
How do I change my advertising choices?
Where this option is available in your region, open PageFlow settings and choose Privacy to review or change your advertising choices.
Does PageFlow collect my images or documents?
No. PageFlow collects no data and sends none of your images, photos, or PDFs to its publisher. Importing, capturing, cropping, organizing, and converting all happen locally on your phone or tablet. A file leaves your device only when you choose a share destination or an FTP server yourself.
